I love the exterior of this one! I even like the green! This home was built in 1904. It is located on .87 acres in Lincolnton, North Carolina. They say that Thomas Edison visited this home in 1906. This home has a new roof. All of the wood used to built the home was cut from the property. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2,600 square feet. $235,000
From the Zillow listing:
This property could be rezoned to Commercial if necessary. It would be great for Bed and Breakfast or an antique store. Lot has access to two streets. Very convenient to Lincolnton, Denver, Hickory and Charlotte. New roof, windows and siding, new A/C and light fixtures. Still needs some work on 1/2 bath and kitchen, not major.
What I love about this home
All wood to build house was originally cut from the property, Victorian style, high ceilings, low floors. Visited by Thomas Edison in 1906. Love this house.
