I can only assume it’s a flood zone and insurance is proving to be expensive or impossible. The house was built in 1958. It is located in New Bern, North Carolina. Not a fan of some of the renovations, but I do love the knotty pine! Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,814 square feet. $65,000
