This house looks like a diamond in the rough to me! What a house and property this could be! We pass through this town on our way to Hertford, North Carolina. Small rural area. The house was built in 1900. The acreage is a bit confusing. It’s 7 to 10 acres in Gates, North Carolina. The house definitely needs work, but it’s got a a lot of potential. The house features a large covered front porch, wood floors, baseboards, crown moulding and built-in shelving. The property has a long driveway, mature trees, multiple outbuildings and paddocks. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,660 square feet. $265,000
