What are your thoughts about the exterior colors? I love the outdoor space with this house! The two accessory buildings have possibilities! The house was built in 1928. It is located on .13 acre in Asheville, North Carolina. The house features a small covered porch, wood floors, wide baseboards, brick fireplace, arched entryway and a lot of nice windows to take in the outdoor view. I’m not so sure about that kitchen. There is a large basement, backyard patio and two accessory buildings. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,324 square feet. $475,000
