Built in 1782! The house looks Greek Revival though. I did some research on it and apparently there are two rooms that are log. If you look at the room with the knotty pine, that fireplace with the arch is 18th century, I suspect it is that one. This house is known as Cedar Plantation. It was built in 1782. It is located on 8.33 acres in Metter, Georgia. It’s interesting to note that the town and county were not formed until the early 1900’s, so in 1782 this was really part of the Georgia frontier.
