36 acres! I know this area well! It has beautiful river views! This is 1/2 mile from that swinging bridge that we walked across on video. I will put that in the comments. But this house doesn’t have a bridge. The cottage needs work, but you could easily live there and work room by room. The cottage was built in 1948. It is located on 36 acres in Saltville, Virginia. During Helene, Luke and I were in Saltville and we drove on this road. The river had left the banks, but was not in the road. There is a building beside this cottage. Not sure if it is a running business. I was driving around that area few weeks ago and actually pulled into that parking lot to turn around. It was empty and it was a weekday afternoon.
