It is located on two acres in Burnsville, North Carolina. If you pull up streetview you can see some tarps lying in the yard. The listing states this house is not in the flood plain and sustained no damage from Helene. You can see a lot of ceiling damage around the big stone fireplace, which points to a flashing issue. It just pretty much needs a new roof. This reminds me of how Sunshine Cottage looked in the beginning, but Sunshine was a whole lot worse. We stopped water intrusion, then let the house sit and dry out for a couple of months. Then we worked room by room. This is totally doable, but it will need a bridge.
