This house is thought to be one of the oldest houses in the county. What are your thoughts on the kitchen? The house was built in 1850. It is located on 1.15 acres in Yadkinville, North Carolina. They definitely made some choices inside. I would try to undo some of those. The house features a covered front porch, updated kitchen, some original wood floors, paneled wainscoting, baseboards and interesting mantels. The listing says there are four garages. I don’t know if they meant to say a four car garage. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,542 square feet. $299,000
