This house has a pretty setting! Love the old fountain! There is a pool and a guest apartment! This riverfront house was built in 1921. It is located on 4.09 acres in Kanawha Falls, West Virginia. I am going to assume this house needs some flood insurance. Is it just me, but does some of the carpeting look wet? I don’t see signs of flooding on the walls. This could be really nice! There is a detached garage with a guest apartment. There is a closet that still has the old chauffer’s hat. The home is known as Tweedsmuir and it was originally owned by Dr. William R. Laird. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,633 square feet. $179,900
