I love this house and the property! There are fruit trees and outbuildings and acreage! The house was built in 1915. It is located on 8.33 acres in Polkton, North Carolina. The house features a stone exterior, a covered front porch, wood floors, crown moulding, baseboards and an enclosed porch. The bedroom count seems off. They say one bedroom, but I’m seeing three. I think because the loft area has low ceilings and no closets so it can’t be counted. Would be nice to squeeze in at least a half bath somewhere. Three bedrooms, one bathroom and 1,267 square feet. $349,900
