Pretty views from this log house! Price seems reasonable considering the acreage. This log house was built in 1838. It is located on 2.48 acres in Salem, Virginia. The house features a covered front porch, wide plank wood floors, log walls and knotty pine. I’m not a fan of how they painted the logs black. To get that off would be difficult. Best bet might be to paint them a wood color. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,980 square feet. $279,950
