How about a Carnegie Library in Kansas! Price doesn’t seem unreasonable. The building was built in 1911. It is located in Coffeyville, Kansas. The building has nice exterior details like copper gutters and dentil moulding. There is an old dumb waiter inside. Definitely needs work, but might be a fun project 3,563 square feet. $57,500
