Fixer upper alert! The house needs work, but this would make a great vacation spot, especially with that acreage and I see fruit trees. One weekend we were in Saltville and we drove some back roads in the area where this house is. We kept saying, omg, this is beautiful countryside! The house was built in 1930. It is located on 4.25 acres in North Tazewell, Virginia. The house does have some hardwood floors. Would be nice to see it emptied out. Two bedrooms, one bathroom and 940 square feet. $58,900
