Pretty staircase and floors! Circa 1900 in Nebraska. $150,000

March 7, 2024

Love the staircase and the floors  in this house! The listing says the bottom floor was used as a business for years, but it has since been re-zoned to residential. I haven’t googled the address yet, but looking through the first floor pictures I get a feeling “funeral home”. Anyone else? The house was built in 1900. It is located on .42 acre in Plymouth, Nebraska. This could be a really nice house with minimal work. I bet there are hardwood floors underneath the carpeting. That basement is huge! The house features unpainted woodwork, double front porches, pretty staircase, wide baseboards and beautiful hardwood floors upstairs. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,704 square feet. $150,000
