Cute house on nice acreage with outbuildings! The house was built in 1940. It is located on 24.31 acres in Craigmont, Idaho. I am not a fan of the newer flooring in some rooms and will be glad when that trend is gone, but hopefully real hardwood flooring is still underneath. The house could be really cute though and the acreage is nice. Would love to see in the outbuildings. Not too familiar with real estate in Idaho, but price seems a bit steep to me as it seems very remote. Look at satellite images. Three bedrooms, one bathroom and 2,344 square feet. $460,000
