I love everything about this cabin, except for the price! That stone wall is a work of art! I like how they describe the interior as “organized confusion”. If I owned this, I would keep it as is, including the old clothes line hanging on the porch. The Dr. C. F. Sayles House was built in 1931. It is located on 2.10 acres in Little Switzerland, North Carolina. Amazing views from this cabin, but that price sure is steep, even for this area. The stone hearth has Dr. Sayles name is carved into it. One bedroom, two bathrooms and 946 square feet. $650,000
