This creole cottage could be super cute! Love that porch. The home was built in 1864. It is located on 1/2 acre in Madisonville, Louisiana. The home features a covered front porch, hardwood floors, claw foot tub, baseboards and some exposed brick. Needs some work and it seems like they are asking a bit too much for it.
