This would be a fun project! The William Billings House. On 8 acres in NC. $125,000

June 3, 2021

This sure would be a fun project! Look at the porches, the setting in the mountains! William Billings had a patent in his name for “Billings Bitters”. Apparently it was a stomach cure all.  I did do some digging and found some old pictures of Mr. Billings and a flyer about his cure-all. If anyone goes to see this, please take interior pictures! The home was built in 1896. It is located on 7.97 acres in Piney Creek, North Carolina. Love the double porches! Really dying to see inside! One bedroom, one bathroom, and 2,514 square feet. $125,000
