March 28, 2021

This would be a dream to own! Johnny Depp’s french village, only 17 miles from Saint-Tropez, is expected to go back on the market soon. The village includes a 4,500 square foot main residence and six guest houses. Even the old village church was transformed into a guest house. This property was abandoned when Depp found it and purchased it. The village includes a restaurant, a wine cave, and even a skate park. The village is situated in Provence’s Le Plan De La Tour. The village will be listed at $55.5 million and it will be handled by Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. Photos courtesy of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty.

The 4,500-square-foot main residence includes five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, while one of the six guest homes was originally the town’s church. The village also includes a covered wagon with a bath and kitchen, a full gym, a pirate-like lair and an art studio, along with outdoor dining in the town square. Square footage for the living spaces has been reported to be between 12,900 and 14,500 square feet.
