I like this one! Also known as the Hardin House, this home was in the Power’s Family for many years. It was built in 1866/1879. It is located on 1.51 acres in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. There are original hardwood floors, bay windows, built-ins and original double front doors. The property has a carport, potting shed and plenty of old shade trees. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 3,572 square feet. $229,900

From the Zillow listing:

Built in 1866, This home has been in the Powers Family for many years. The longtime owner has passed away and it is time for a new owner who values history and Victorian elegance. Enter thru the tall double doors and into a foyer where you will see a grand staircase that gently rises to the second floor. The heart pine flooring quickly grabs your attention as do the high ceilings. So much of the architectural detail for the mid 1800’s is still in place. There are fireplaces in the living & dining rooms and den. The windows are tall and the house is naturally well lit. The front of the house has a wrap around porch and the back has a large covered porch. The kitchen wing was added about 20 years ago so there is a large kitchen with a lot of cabinets, a large laundry room, and a large breakfast area. All of this looks out into a yard that has shade trees, a detached carport and potting shed, and is on one of the best streets in Rutherfordton for a historical home.
