The in-ground pool was a surprise! So is the price! This home was built in 1880. It is located on one acre in Terry, Mississippi. This home is situated in the historic district. I noticed a plaque by the door, meaning it has historic significance. So the price has me a bit concern about possible flooding at some point. Looked to see if it is near the coast or any rivers. There does appear to be mold in the foyer. Having said that, not all mold is black mold. Just drying a house out and removing damaged plaster or drywall can help immensely. The home has original hardwood floors and bead board ceilings. There is a detached three car garage. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,878 square feet. $77,900
