I have been inside this home and considered purchasing it. It’s a simple cottage, but could be really great. There is a back addition that needs to be torn off and rebuilt. The home has hardwood floors and built-ins. There is a central hall with four rooms. 1,544 square feet. $12,000 As with any home in the Old West End, all offers are considered!
