Big ol’ farmhouse! 14 acres in Missouri! $163,000

December 6, 2018

This house needs some help. Interior has been botched with a bad renovation. The listing states the spring house is from 1860’s. It says the house is from 1900’s, but it was saved during the Civil War. Before I looked at the date I thought the exterior was 1860’s. This house and property could make a nice little farm. Located on 14 acres in Belgrade, Missouri. I like how they showed the house in two seasons. Doesn’t list how many bedrooms or bathrooms. $163,000
