What I Love About The Home
People have walked into the front foyer and asked if we live in a museum. The kitchen is highly unique for a home build > 100 years ago since brick walls were removed to open the area enough to make a “chef’s delight”. We love sitting on the covered back deck and enjoying quiet evenings. We also enjoy having the ability to walk to multiple phenomenal restaurants. Being so close to downtown is a huge plus. We enjoy going to plays and the ballet. Additionally, the home is only a few miles from Churchill Downs. We frequently entertain friends for Derby.
