What I love about the home
The historic details, the 14-foot-high ceilings and the six fireplaces. The bathrooms with their cast iron claw foot tubs are dreamy. The hand painted faux tiger oak on the tray ceiling and the fireplace mantles is priceless. Most of the original fixtures are still in the home. Many folks in the neighboring town of Athens have asked to host their weddings and family reunions there.
