Amazing price! This listing only had two pictures with it. The one of the exterior and the one of the ceiling. I believe I found old ones and included those. If anyone goes to see this one, please let us know how it is in person! Built in 1858. Located on 1.98 acres in Bowman, Georgia. There is a pecan grove on the property. A lot of original features. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 3,797 square feet. $244,900

What I love about the home
The historic details, the 14-foot-high ceilings and the six fireplaces. The bathrooms with their cast iron claw foot tubs are dreamy. The hand painted faux tiger oak on the tray ceiling and the fireplace mantles is priceless. Most of the original fixtures are still in the home. Many folks in the neighboring town of Athens have asked to host their weddings and family reunions there.
