Not many pictures, but what I see looks nice! I love the exterior. Original heart pine floors. There is a two story, six stall, steel sided barn on the property. There are pecan and fruit trees, as well as 13 oak trees with two of them being over 400 years old! Built in 1850. Located on six acres in Semora, North Carolina. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2,629 square feet. $259,000

What I love about the home
Our farmhouse is in a quiet little community with the convenience of a DG on the corner of the only blinking light in town! This is a perfect place to raise a family, a garden, farm animals or board horses! The home lives big as it has two separate upstairs areas, two potential master bedrooms, a potential mother-in-law apartment. We love the history, the unique wood work and heart pine floors. It is country living within driving distance to several cities. What’s not to love?
