Original stain glass & beveled windows. All fixtures stay, including the beautiful dining room chandelier. The kitchen had additions in 1965 including the custom maple cabinets, & built in drawers, made by local quality woodworker James Norwood. The boiler is operated on oil, w/ hot water radiators. The radiator covers were hand made by James Norwood. The boiler is serviced annually, with no problems. The A/C – replaced in 2010. There are push button switches throughout the house as well as glass door knobs. Florida room. Gas firelogs.
