This house needs someone to save it and to fix it. Right side was built in 1781, left side 1901. They call it an addition, but to me that’s a separate house that they joined. You can see shadows of old roof line on exposed brick inside. Considering the history this house is worth it!! Located on over two acres in Falling Waters, West Virginia. Six bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 4,750 square feet. $274,900

What I love about the home
I love the tall ceilings, original hardwood floors and the large yard. Summers are great for entertaining on the large deck by the pool. I fell in love with the history of the house, and it’s been a great journey to restore a piece of history. Add the finishing touches to make it yours, and own your own Manor!
