$99,900!! That corner cabinet in the foyer is so pretty! And there are claw foot tubs! Not sure about some of the painted floors, but this has a lot of potential! Built in 1910. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2,100 square feet.

From the Zillow listing:

Great bones in this 1910 Colonial home in downtown Elizabeth City. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants and the waterfront. Outside offers a wonderfully redone front walkway and a great porch with custom woodwork as well as a spacious back yard with alley access. Inside you find hardwood floors throughout most of home, high ceilings, updated wiring and plumbing, plus the roof was replaced in 2010, and all HVAC and ducting in 2011. This is a wonderful historic home just waiting your finishing touches and is priced to sell!
What I love about the home
This beautiful and historic home is on one of the prettiest streets in Elizabeth City. It is just a short walk to downtown businesses and the riverfront. The large front porch is the perfect place to enjoy lemonade or iced tea in your rocking chair on a warm summer day. You have a floored attic to store family treasures, formal living and dining rooms and a cozy eat in kitchen. There is an alley behind the home that allows you access to the backyard so you can park off street if you choose. You also have parking on the street in front of the home.
