Woodland Lodge is located o 1.47 acres in Granite Quarry, North Carolina. The house features a large stone chimney, enclosed porch, large fireplace, wood floors, exposed beams and rich woodwork. I am not a fan of that kitchen. It needs a total overhaul. This price seems reasonable. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,696 square feet. $250,000
