This is a classic Tudor house we planned to retired in. When we acquired this property we had an engineer came out to evaluate the house and the house foundation was reinforced ( I have the engineer reports and receipts). The house last year was appraised at 226k. On a contrary, we contested with the city hall to bring it down to 125k for the house we haven’t live in yet ( I have the approved papers) . When the recent storm came, it damaged the patio attached to the roof line. I am from out of state and not ready to fix it up for retiring. So my loss is your gain, and I am lowering the price down almost $100 k to be sold as is . Fixer upper. Must see to appreciate.
