Love the double porches! The Claridge House was built in 1897. It is located on one acre in Wagener, South Carolina. This is a nice house, but I feel they might be asking a bit too much for it. Looks a bit dark and I would want to undo some past renovations. It is in a small town, but considered part of the Augusta metropolitan area so that might explain some of the price.
