Historically significant for it’s occupants as well as it’s function as a stagecoach stop, inn, and residence. The house retains original elements w/ few modern additions. It will require a complete rehabilitation. The house has not been lived in since 1995 and the heir does not know if the systems, such as water, septic, heat will function. Recent roof and exterior paint.
