I like this one! Love the setting. This home was built in 1914. It is located on 11.34 acres in Mebane, North Carolina. It has an expansive front porch! There are hardwood floors throughout the home except for the kitchen. The property has fruit and nut trees, a pond, and nine outbuildings. The owners will install an HVAC system with acceptable offer. The listing says only two bedrooms, but I am seeing three or four. It also says one bathroom, but I think I am seeing two.
