What I love about this home
Lots of storage. Each room has a closet, which is unqiue to some 100+ year old homes. It lives like a modern house but with the charm and character befitting is 100+ years. Lots of built-in storage and hidden cupboards. Heating boiler replaced in 2014 with warranty for 12 years and service plan for 5 years, transferrable. Viking Pro stove.
