Historic Woodburn, Circa 1835! One acre in Virginia. $450,000

April 11, 2019

Historic Woodburn was built in 1835! It is located on .99 acres in Glade Spring, Virginia. Very curious about the drastic price change. Wondering if it originally had more land with it. This home was saved and restored by the current owners. The kitchen black splash is made from old roof tiles which is interesting. They make mention of the home having a “whistle room”. I have never heard of that term before and I’m not finding much on it. Wonder if it has old speaking tubes or something? Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 5,352 square feet. $450,000
