I got excited when I saw this exterior and then I saw the price! Then I clicked through pictures, whoa, scary! But…..the amount of work is very similar to the Allen House, but this house is smaller. Would be interesting to get everything out of it and to see what is going on. Clearly there is roof damage. If the house isn’t salvageable, at least some of the details could be saved. Built in 1930 in Anniston, Alabama. $10,000 New price: $6,650
