Historic House Listings

Sold. Historic McMakin-Jarrell house, Circa 1920 in Georgia. $100,000

March 8, 2019

This could be a really cute house! Built in 1920. Located on .35 acres in Greenville, Georgia. This was previously the home of Sheriff Jake Jarrell, just prior to the Murder in Coweta County of 1948. After googling that incident, I don’t see why it’s mentioned with this home. That murder was turned into two movies, one starring Andy Griffith. Plumbing and electric have been updated. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2,496 square feet. $100,000
