Off market. Civil War Hospital, Circa 1816 in Georgia. $75,000

February 18, 2019

This former Civil War Field Hospital was built in 1816. It has been on and off the market for awhile now. Located in Eatonton, Georgia, it is one of the town’s oldest residences. This home was also the first US Marshall’s headquarters in Georgia. Definitely needs work. It has had a big price reduction. If I remember correctly, Brer Rabbit creator lived in Eatonton, which explains the murals. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 4,028 square feet. $75,000
