From the Zillow listing:

Possibilities are endless with zoning of residential or commercial! Centrally located in the heart of Clinton, restaurants, shops and the Town Square. Minutes from Presbyterian College and the Pharmacy School. This 7 gabled Victorian boasts a gorgeous wrap around porch overlooking magnolias and pecan trees. Upon entering you will think you are in your own B&B. Sweeping front to back foyer with heart pine floors and 11 foot ceilings. As you enter, to the left is currently the library and the right is a formal living room. Continue on and you have the formal dinning room with large step out bay window and two built in china closets. Off the dinning is the recently renovated chef kitchen featuring a central island and separate baking/prep area. You will love the separate refrigerator and freezer. From the kitchen you enter the large enclosed summer porch. From the porch you have a separate stairway to the 2nd story foyer, rear entrance to the first story foyer and 3rd entrance to the laundry/mud room. The Main floor Master Bedroom features a completely renovated handicap accessible full bath. The 2nd story foyer separates the 2nd Master Suite with adjoining private sitting room/study from the mirrored guest suite. Both 2nd floor suites have walk in closets. The 2nd floor foyer has large storage closet and sitting area. Separate brick quarters with its own utilities could be renovated into a 2 bed, 1 bath cottage or guest cottage. All utilities are underground with separate water meter for outside use.
What I Love About The Home
Our family just has a special place in our hearts for the charm of the older homes ~ the larger rooms, the victorian fretwork between the large foyer and the living room, the flow of the home for entertaining with the large dining room and the recently renovated kitchen. The home has ten rooms total (plus the baths) that can be used in several different arrangements. Very easily can be used as THREE MASTER SUITES if desired. Also, really enjoy having the separate laundry room with built in sink. The separate brick bldg could be used for a small business, guest cottage, or in-law cottage. SO CLOSE TO THE PHARMACY SCHOOL, walking distance to restaurants, and shops. LOTS OF POSSIBILITIES WITH THIS PROPERTY!
