What I Love About The Home
Our family just has a special place in our hearts for the charm of the older homes ~ the larger rooms, the victorian fretwork between the large foyer and the living room, the flow of the home for entertaining with the large dining room and the recently renovated kitchen. The home has ten rooms total (plus the baths) that can be used in several different arrangements. Very easily can be used as THREE MASTER SUITES if desired. Also, really enjoy having the separate laundry room with built in sink. The separate brick bldg could be used for a small business, guest cottage, or in-law cottage. SO CLOSE TO THE PHARMACY SCHOOL, walking distance to restaurants, and shops. LOTS OF POSSIBILITIES WITH THIS PROPERTY!
