Town Library. Fixer upper alert. Circa 1888 in VA. $49,400

Originally started as a Presbyterian Church in Lovingston, Virginia in 1888. In 1944 the local garden club purchased the building and turned it into their meeting place. It eventually became a library. Books were purchased on behalf of service men and women. It was named the Nelson County War Memorial Garden Center. The Center Memorial Library opened in 1963 and had over 500 books. It later became a private residence. I think I would undo some of the renovations that were done to make it a private residence. Built in 1888 in Lovingston, Virginia. One bedroom, one bathroom, and 1,000 square feet. $49,400
