Granted this needs some updating, but an oceanfront house for under $1.0 million is a steal. This historic home has been in the same family for 100 years! Can you imagine waking up to those views everyday? Built in 1898! Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, 1,495 square feet and on over a half acre! I do hate how they suggest it is a possible tear down. $950,000
