Historic House Listings

Sold! Buy a Polish Farm House in Idaho?! You can, and it’s on 9 acres! This is a must see!

This is one of the most unique houses I have seen and its history is pretty crazy!

Originally built in the Carpanthian Mountains in Poland in 1914. In 1942 when the Nazis were going through, the house was taken apart and hidden. In 1946 it was rebuilt. In 1998 it was once again dismantled and shipped to the United States.

Situated on nine acres in Careywood, Idaho with views of Lake Pend Oreille. I love the antique copper roof and the beautiful German style stained glass windows. Listed at $175,000. It needs a new owner to finish the preservation job!

Opportunity to own a true piece of history in the form of real estate! Polish Farm House originally constructed in the Carpanthian Mountains in 1914 now located on nearly 10 wooded acres overlooking Lake Pend Oreille. A master piece of construction with the original logs and beams that was treasured enough to be saved during the German occupation of Poland during WWII. Handmade copper tile roof, German style colored windows and set amidst lovely cedars make this a dream come true. Still work to be done but will be worth every penny!!!
